He is the founder of Panthoibi Housing Finance Company Limited and has more than 20 years of experience in Financial Management. He is a person of great vision. Through his continuous effort and dedication, PHFCL is the first and only housing finance company in the entire North Eastern Region of India. Mrs. Thokchom Bidyamani Devi has a BA Honours from C.I. College, Bishnupur, Manipur. She has more than 20 years of experience in the Financial sector. She is also one of the founder members of Panthoibi Housing Finance Company Limited. She is a charismatic leader, who continuously motivates its employees to achieve excellence. He had joined the Company as a Management Trainee on 30th December 2019. He has been inducted as a whole time Director – Finance. He is the youngest Director in the Company.

Mr. Santanu Mohan Roy, retired on 31st July, 2022 as an Assistant General Manager (AGM), State Bank of India (SBI).
Chosen Financial Services over Civil Engineering, hence leaving Diploma in Civil Engineering and carries 38 years of Financial Services Experiences which includes 1 year in Bank of Baroda (BOB) in 1983 and 37 years in State Bank of India (SBI) since 1984 till 2022.
Worked as a Chief Manager for 3 years from March, 2015 to July, 2016 at Mission Veng Branch, Aizawl and from July, 2016 to July, 2018 at Barpeta Road Branch, Barpeta Road, Guwahati.
He was promoted to Assistant General Manager (AGM) on 6th July, 2018 and posted at LCPC Guwahati and Vigilance Department LHO Guwahati.
Sanamani Singh Yambem

Mr. Sanamani Singh Yambem, a retired General Manager (GM), National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD).
Having started his working career with the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, as an Assistant Professor, at an age of 24, he joined the Reserve Bank of India as a Direct Recruit Officer at Chennai (earlier Madras)as a General Candidate, before reservations under various categories started, in the year 1978. He thereafter shifted to Agricultural Finance and was transferred to NABARD in the year 1983 with the same facilities which he was entitled as an RBI officer. He thereafter was posted at Head Office, at Mumbai and went on deputation to the State Govt. of Manipur as Director Institutional Finance with concurrent charge as Special Officer and Managing Director, The Manipur State Co-Operative Bank Limited and Administrator, The Imphal Urban Co-Operative Bank Ltd. He was posted at Imphal Office of NABARD before demitting office.
He had contributed tremendously in the revival of The Manipur State Co-Operative Bank Limited and streamline the functioning of The Imphal Urban Co-Operative Bank Ltd. He was one of the founding fathers of the Housing Finance sector in Manipur. Mr.Yambem is associated with PHFCL from the very beginning.
