Every household in Manipur dream of owning a house. Unfortunately, lack of affordable finance has hindered the dream to be a reality. This has led to poor socio-economic development in the state. With the aim to change the dream into reality and bring financial and economic development, Panthoibi Housing Finance Company Limited was registered as a housing finance company with the National Housing Bank in 2009. We are committed to providing employment and financial help to the people of Manipur. The journey of our company from a small institution to a leading financial institution in the State comprises lots of struggle and continuous effort.

We promise to the people that we will continue working with our upmost effort and sincerity towards development of the society. As a part of the development initiative, we provide PMAY-CLSS loans, benefiting low income families to own a house at a subsidized and affordable finance.
