As a rapidly growing economy, India must prioritize and explore the vast opportunities available in the housing sector. Considering that India is the most populated country globally, the housing sector holds immense potential for growth and improvement. It is fitting to say that “Housing is a Sunrise Industry.” To bridge the gap between demand and supply in this sector and place housing as a top priority, the Government of India introduced the National Housing Policy in 1988.
In our continuous effort to contribute to society, Panthoibi Housing Finance Company Limited has emerged as a prominent homegrown entity in the housing sector in Northeast India. We are honored to have transformed the dream of homeownership into reality for many individuals in Manipur. Aligned with the Government of India’s ambitious goal of “Housing for All by 2022,” the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme was launched on 25th June 2015 & PMAY 2.0 launched on 01st September 2024. As part of this initiative, we have been actively providing CLSS loans to the people of Manipur. We deeply value the support and collaboration of the Government of India and the National Housing Bank (NHB) as the Central Nodal Agency in ensuring the smooth implementation of CLSS. Their streamlined policies and efficient processing of subsidies have significantly benefited our customers.
