Non-Housing Loan

Currently, under the Non-Housing Loan, the company offers loan against property. The company provides loan against property for the personal requirement of the borrowers, such as medical treatment, children education, and business purpose. The company offers loans at an interest rate of 16% to 16.5% per annum*, fixed and loan tenure of maximum 8 years*.

• Government (Central or State) or a reputed company employed individual who has attained the age of 22 years but not exceeding the age of 55 years at the time of the commencement of the loan.
• Self-employed individual/ Entrepreneurs who have attained the age of 22 years but not exceeding the age of 55 years at the time of the commencement of the loan.
• Professionals who have attained the age of 22 years but not exceeding the age of 55 years at the time of the commencement of the loan.
• The property of the applicant should have a clear and marketable title.
• The applicant should not be a defaulter for any loan from a bank or financial institution
